We have quality new factory overstock and factory seconds polyisocyanurate foam insulation sheets. We have many sheets and many sizes available.

2.5" = $21.50/sheet
The insulation value for the 2" is R-12.
They are treated to be mold resistant.
The facing is fiberglass-infused roofing paper which allows any moisture to evaporate so it doesn't cause mold.
This insulation does not absorb water.
It can be used under grade if approved by a building inspector.
